6. Return & Replacement

Veloura follows a No Return and No Exchange policy.

Replacement requests will only be accepted if:

  • You receive a wrong product.

  • You receive a damaged product.

A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory for any replacement claim. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
