No Return & No Exchange Policy

All products sold on Veloura are covered under a No Return and No Exchange policy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • You change your mind after placing the order.

  • You ordered the wrong size, color, or variant.

  • The product does not meet your personal expectations.

  • You no longer need the product.

Eligible Cases for Replacement

A replacement will only be provided if:

  • You receive the wrong product, or

  • You receive a damaged product.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim a replacement, you must provide a clear, continuous, and unedited video of the entire unboxing process.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package.

  • Clearly show the shipping label.

  • Show the package being opened without any cuts or edits.

  • Clearly display the damaged or incorrect product.

Claims without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Reporting Time

Any claim for a damaged or incorrect product must be reported to our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

Approval Process

Once we receive your claim and verify the evidence, we will:

  • Approve a replacement if the claim is valid.

  • Reject the claim if the required proof is missing or the product is found to be correct and undamaged.
